Confirmed Service Customer
I had an appointment at 8:40. When I arrived, I was told that it would take an hour and a half to two hours. I asked why it would take that long if I had an appointment? I was told that they were overbooked. After 90 minutes my car was still sitting there and had not been taken back. I told Jackson that I was about to lose it and he was kind enough to talk to a manager. Long story short I didn’t leave the dealership until after 11am. That is absolutely ridiculous when had an appointment scheduled for 840. I will say, that Jackson was extremely professional, and kind. He was the only good part of the entire experience.

I realize that communication from the folks answering the phones probably are not able to answer for the weekday employees. There was some confusion when I called in on Saturday to the same department on the weekdays. But the weekday made accommodations for taking care of our needing to change the spare tire and replace it with a new tire brought in that Monday morning!
