Mike and the rest of the team at Henry Brown exceeded all of my expectations! Another dealer (Earnhardt) had put me in the middle of a dispute between themselves, a Firestone retailer and an out of state GMC dealer over tires purchased from the retailer (who would not replace the tires under warranty until Earnhardt fixed an overtorquing issue and corrected any potential rotor and lug issues) and the out of state GMC dealer and a brake job Earnhardt had performed. Earnhardt made it clear it was my problem and offered no solution through them even after I made it clear I would take responsibility for warranty costs involved with your replacement. Mike saw through the situation and was able to propose a solution with the approval of his supervisor. After Henry Brown's technician diagnosed all of the issues and fixed an issue with the brakes, Mike was able to engage the Parts Manager to contact Bridgestone, who approved a warranty claim for the tire replacement. The issues were solved thanks to Mike's commitment to customer satisfaction and that of the Henry Brown team. I am very grateful.
