I made an appointment for an oil change that has to be made several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the dealership, I was directed to the "quick lube" area. There was nothing quick about my experience. I waited for 2 hours for my oil change. I would expect to wait a bit if I didn't have an appointment. My truck sat in a parking area for over an hour before it was even brought into the garage to start the oil change. If you weren't going to start the work until an hour after I arrived, then make my appointment later and don't waste my time making me sit in the waiting room. I've had ALL service ever completed done at this dealership. If I have to wait this long for an oil change again, I'll find a new place to service my vehicle.
