Told to reschedule my original appointment. Came back 3 days later and waited 3 hours for an oil change. My tires were not rotated and air pressure not topped off

Arrived at 10 for a 10:20 appt. Gave service attendant a slip w instructions on it. NO tire rotation because of tires being new, change cabin air filter and lube oil filter. At 12:30 finally went to check to see where my car was. Attendant called and talked to my service advisor. At that time, still needed to have oil changed. He finally came to visit w me in lobby area. Came back at 1:00 saying car was done. He said they had rotated tires (unnecessary) and changed oil. I asked about air filter and warning message. He said he had not seen message. He went back out to my car…..saw message…..took car back into shop……took pictures of cabin air filter and fuel filter…..said air filter needed to be changed so proceeded to do that. Finally was able to check out somewhere between 1:30 and 2:00 pm…….insane in my opinion!!

It was fine. The express Lube isn't easy to find as it is buried behind tons of double parked cars. It's poorly marked and the waiting lunge isn't clean. Work got done.

I had an oil change appointment and dropped my Buick off at 11:20 and was told it would be two hours. I told the advisor I would wait there. Three hours and twenty minutes later it was done and there was two other customers in the waiting room that were in there over three hours also. You may want to spread out your appointments slots a bit. Other than that the oil change service looked to be fine.

Shane provided excellent customer service. I dropped my car off. I received a call when service was complete. Shane sent me to Transportation to schedule an Uber home, I was picked up promptly when my vehicle was ready. I was sent to the cashier where I was able to use points overall great experience. Although this was my second attempt at having this work done where I was sent to the other building. Shane made up for the inconvenience.

I take my vehicle to Henry Brown for my oil changes because I trust them. In the past the Jiffy Lube type places have made mistakes when doing work on my vehicles. I might pay a little extra for the services, but the piece of mind of knowing it is done right is worth it.
