Customer service rep, Lou, was punctual when I arrived for my appointment. He was able to accommodate an additional concern that I had and was able to get a diagnosis taken care of quickly. He, personally, walked into the shop to ask his specialist if he would be able to work it in. It required keeping the car and Lou was able to get a loaner, even though it was not planned and there was minimal availability. He solved the problem and communicated with me as the work was taking place, giving me a chance to plan my day.

I was blown away by the service and experience I had with Scott in the service department. He called the day before the appointment to confirm details and discuss the services I had requested. I let him know that I was on a budget and he assured me that we would work within those parameters. From the time I dropped my car off until I was back home, courtesy of the complimentary Lyft they arranged, was less than half an hour. My car was serviced returned to me that afternoon $70 UNDER budget. I can't recommend the service department, especially Scott, enough!

Other than having to wait three weeks to have the truck go into service, I really don’t have any complaints. I was given a complementary vehicle while the truck was gone for three weeks, but unfortunately, I made it very difficult due to me needing a pick up truck for work.

No issues with the service department at HB. I am however weary of GMC now with a transmission going out under 3k miles. It dose not create a whole lot of confidence in the vehicle as a whole, a brand new purchase at that.

I arrived early for my appointment and I was taken at that time. It was for my 5,000 mile checkup. Everything was fine. I had a $25 coupon and it was put towards my bill. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I always have a good experience at Henry Brown.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I worked with great! Blake got me set up with Jason for a test drive. Jason has to be the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever worked with. And then Jim couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with to prep me for financing. And then Eiji was the easiest financing agent I’ve ever worked with. I will definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle as well.

I had a great experience working with Blake Brown and his team, Eric, Jim and Jason. They made, what can be a stressful experience in purchasing a new vehicle, a smooth and non-stress experience. They are knowledgeable, and do not try to push a vehicle on you like other dealerships. This is my third time purchasing a new vehicle from them and I will continually go back if a new or used car is needed. Had a pretty good experience, as usual Lou took care of our needs, had issues with AC in 2014 GMC Sierra after it had already been checked out once, but it's up and running now.

I was taken care of quickly and the truck was finished in just over a hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the adviser was competent and respectful. I would definitely recommend Henry Brown oil and lube services.

Everyone we worked with at Henry Brown Buick.GMC was professional and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure our experience was easy, and spent a lot of time with us looking through their inventory, taking us on test drives and answering all of our question. The buying process was very simple, considering car buying can be a chore. We made our deal in under 20 minutes and management stayed after hours to accommodate us. Had a great purchasing experience from beginning to end. Freddy and James were both great salesmen to work with and Eiji helped us seamlessly finance our new vehicle. Unfortunately, after the sale, I realized that I had left some expensive sunglasses in the car that I had traded in, and the dealership explained they would have been thrown away if found, as that is a part of their "cleaning process." A simple phone call regarding my left posession would have meant a lot and would absolutely have earned our repeated business for life.

Tyler my sales rep was excellent. The reason I’m rating the experience so low is because I wasn’t told the additional ordered parts weren’t going to be ready when the vehicle arrived. Also, for some reason, the stock floor mats were missing as well. I also discovered I was charged for tint and door edge film guard that was not installed. I’ve asked my sales rep to speak to the sales manager to help resolve the issue.

This is my second time to come in and purchase a vehicle with Mike Roberts. I appreciate that the sales staff is more interested in moving units than getting top dollar out of the unit. Good experience, quick easy will be purchasing again.

The good- The gal who helped me was very nice, very helpful. Didn't take much time either for the work to be completed. The bad- I tried to set up the service appointment through my app. It told me to schedule out 2 months. The app told me someone was to call me back to set up that appointment, I'm still waiting lol. I finally did it online instead. Once I got there and I found the correct lane for lube service it was smooth. There were numerous cars facing the wrong way in the lube lane entrance and I ended up passing it twice.

Negociation on the out the door price was like i expected, but coming to pay for my car and pick up my car was not a pleasent experience at all, not a welcome experience, sales associate give me the keys and sent me by my self to take a look for the first time to my new car without having someone explain to me new features. Worst experiences ever, obvious they only wanted to get pay, not give a customer a good customer service. Rigo was my sales profesional, sorry for him but he needs a better training.

I called last week to make an appointment for a lube service… I normally schedule an appointment on line, but your online system was not working… when I called , I was given a 4/17 appointment at 8:30am with Chloe… when I arrived on 4/17 at 8:20am, I was told I have no appointment in the system and that I was the 4th one Thant day that had shown up with no appointment in the… Chloe told me that you could still do my oil change service and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours.. since I had already driven through morning rush hour traffic for 50 minutes, I decided to have the service done and wait… the wait time for the ServiceCheck was over 2 hours! Unexcusable! I use the GMC service because I have the ALLY prepaid maintenance plan,,,, I have one more prepaid visit left… after that Henry Brown luvpbe service will never see me again!

Greeted by friendly staff everywhere i went on the property. Everyone was helpful. Waggy and james were attentive but not at all pushy. Facilities are clean and modern.

My appointment was at 11:30AM. Was told by Chloe, service rep, the service department was about 2 and one half hours behind. I could reschedule, I told her I still wanted the service and I would wait there. It was 2 hours. Not bad.

I was surprised it took 5 weeks to perform the warranty updates. Service Advisor (Wes) was great.

I had a 1 pm appointment for an "Express Lube" oil change. The service advisor told me it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Ok. I went for a walk and to check out new GM vehicles. After 1 hour and 25 minutes I walked back to Express lube. On the way I coincidentally saw a worker walking to my car. I asked if the car was finished. He told me no they were just going to start it. I was not happy. Why did I have an Express appointment? Secondly, when I called to set up the appointment a week earlier the guy that answered was terrible. I had a very hard time hearing him and said so. He never increased the volume or got closer to the phone. Then he had trouble making the appointment saying you had a new system and it wasn't working right. He said he would call me back. Several hours later I had to call him. Could barely hear him again. He was giving me a Wednesday appointment. I requested a Tuesday appointment. He said ok. Tuesday at 1:30. Great. The next week I get a call from your dealership reminding me of my Wednesday appointment. Not Tuesday! What the heck is wrong there. The young lady then transferred me to the same guy I still could not hear well (I kept telling him that) and gave up trying change the appointment so went when I was told. After all that it still took just over 2.5 hours to get done there. I highly doubt I will drive 25-30 minutes to your dealership again for service. By the way. I was quoted a price of $80 for the oil change. I was charged $84.95. I was too frustrated to argue. Goodbye Henry Brown service.

Took a little over an hour for oil change and tire rotation + vehicle inspection. Much better than last visit. Still not quite competitive - timewise - with quick lube places. If I factor in the full service car wash and a loyalty program that gives a free oil change after 5 visits then it's definitely worthwhile and competitive.

Overall not bad. However just found out your service facility is limited. They can only do oil changes, rotate tires and check overall engines. Nothing else which that was never communicated to me. Serval things I wanted done I was told to go elsewhere. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Truck was there since April, release June 18th. Mirror trim warranty was denied. Unacceptable as I reported it during CoVid (under warranty), no stock. And know you want to charge me for it. SD card fail, had to buy a new NAV database that I didn’t want. Very bad experience

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation - the Service Writer was pleasant and kept me informed of the progress. The Service Tech oil, changed engine and cabin filters also found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it.

I came in for a routine oil change. I wasn't notified until after I waiting just short of 3 hours that 2 of the 3 mechanics slept in and caused the long delay in servicing my vehicle. If I would have known this prior to handing over my keys to have my vehicle worked on, I probably would have rescheduled service.

This is likely the worst service experience I ever had. My truck was there for two weeks before they even looked at it. I called three times for status or timing without a return call. Only after I made it through to service tech did they work on on day 16. You need service scheduling software. No communication. I will not be back. Nor will I buy another vehicle from your dealership. I only found out that it was being worked on when I tried to pick it up to take it to another deslership to be repaired.

Brought my truck in for relatively minor service. It was there 2 1/2 months. having a loner was greatly appreciated but, I could not get anyone to return calls and i mean, i didn't bug them. I just wanted some idea of expectation. CRICKETS...The only bright spot was Mike in loaner dept. He communicated better than the service dept. My suggestion is to be way more transparent. Tell customers were swamped and its going to be a long time whatever!

I have had trouble with my GPS ever since I bought the car. It is a 2023 Buick encore. I was at the dealership every month trying to get it fixed. They told me it was my phone, I got a new phone and it seemed to work fine for about 4 months. Then I went outside one morning to get into my car and the GPS was not connected to my phone. I brought it into the dealership. They did some updating. One nice gentleman tried getting My phone hooked up to the Bluetooth. He managed to do that and said that it was my phone's problem. He said it did not have an Android app. It worked for 4 months perfectly. I am very aggravated at this whole situation. The gentleman told me I should go back to where I bought my phone and have the Android app put on my phone. I don't get it, it has worked for the last 4 months perfectly. Do you have any answers for me?

The people were great to deal with. They were very up front with what I could expect. They pushed the repairs to my truck through and I got my truck back almost a week sooner than expected. I certainly will be back.

Brand new truck, I drove put 1000 miles on it and had issues with the exhaust, part came it quick (within 3 days), but it took 3 weeks to get truck back.

I read the multi-point inspection when I got home. All of the tires are shown as "caution". I was not told directly that there is an issue with the tires. Should I have been informed if there was a serious concern with the tires? At what point would I be told that the tires have reached their end of life. I see not reason why I should have to pay for "shop supplies". It seems that the cost of the oil change should include any shop supplies, as it is never told to the customer before the service was performed.

There was a lot of chaos there during the process. Maybe it was the tenure of my salesman being anxious. Once purchased I had a few kickups. The theft tracker IKON added to the vehicle (and not negotiable in the sale) would not work. Come to find out the truck had two separate devices installed on the truck. Neither was reading for the app. I'm still not pleased with it and if negotiable at the sale I would have said no and gone with something else. I'm still waiting on the corrected contract for the device. The truck also did not come with a full tank of gas. I'd figure as a courtesy that'd be a no brainier.

Service experience was fantastic. Extremely dissatisfied with my 2500 Denali HD having 2 failures in the same window. Fewer than 26 thousand miles and the windows just fall down by themselves? How exactly is that Professional Grade? Love the folks at the service department, but very unhappy with my Sierra.

Brought my truck in for camera failures and radio volume issues plus oil change and tire rotation. After 3 weeks, I was notified by Scott that my truck was complete and ready for pick up. Drove down from Peoria(50 minutes one way) to pick up my truck the next morning.and got in, went to back up and my cameras had the same issues, my oil life was not reset and my tuck was filthy. No sign that any work had been completed on my truck. Alerted the staff and the manager came over and looked as confused as me. I don’t think they even touched my truck in the 3 weeks it was sitting out in the elements. The manager told me that he would look into it and give me a call, he apologized and put me back in a loner truck. I am very confused as to why quality checks were not performed before reaching out to me for pick up and how you can run a service business based on hope. Hoping that everyone does their job correctly is not a good business model.

Just bought a new 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The sales and finance teams were awesome to work with and I feel like I got a great deal on not only my new truck but my trade in, which was a 2016 with 170,000 miles on it. Once I made the decision on the truck, it was a quick a painless process to get the paperwork completed, set up with the new tech on the new truck, and out the door. I would definitely go back for my next truck.

They lost my key fob. I also found out my leveling was out sourced and not properly tightened. The good is that they recovered by giving me a new fob. Also they fix the leveling kit at no charge. Just wish they hadn't taken so many days.

Set up an appointment and dropped off my truck. Truck sat for about a week before they even looked at it. I could have been using my truck rather than it sitting. Had to put work on hold until I had my truck. Took 2 weeks to get it back. The loaner I had was sold while I had it and had to bring it back early and swap loaner vehicles. Super inconvenient as I had to come down in the middle of a work day to do the exchange.

Scott Usher does a helluva job taking care of our 2011 Buick Enclave to ensure it's up to date and maintained correctly! Your new technician (Joseph Sylvia) didn't follow the steps with a simple oil change. He forgot to reset the engine readings and didn't put the marker inside the window indicating when the next oil change should take place. I'm sure Scott had a few words with Joseph to make sure he does the job correctly and complete from this point on!!!!!

The oil reminder was not reset and we had to go back to get it done. At first the service dept was reluctant to do it stating I would need another appointment and made the comment to just look at the sticker instead. I showed up anyway and they reset it but I should not have had to come back in the first place.

On May 1, 2025 I had service done, with a bill of $175.17. I wrote a letter of complaint to which you replied that I would have credit for my next service in September. When I asked Raul he said to check with the cashier; when I asked the cashier she said to check with Raul! I couldn't find any document in my phone while standing there but expected a credit of $75.62 as to your response to my May 1 email. My bill was $93.27 yesterday
