Customer service rep, Lou, was punctual when I arrived for my appointment. He was able to accommodate an additional concern that I had and was able to get a diagnosis taken care of quickly. He, personally, walked into the shop to ask his specialist if he would be able to work it in. It required keeping the car and Lou was able to get a loaner, even though it was not planned and there was minimal availability. He solved the problem and communicated with me as the work was taking place, giving me a chance to plan my day.

I was blown away by the service and experience I had with Scott in the service department. He called the day before the appointment to confirm details and discuss the services I had requested. I let him know that I was on a budget and he assured me that we would work within those parameters. From the time I dropped my car off until I was back home, courtesy of the complimentary Lyft they arranged, was less than half an hour. My car was serviced returned to me that afternoon $70 UNDER budget. I can't recommend the service department, especially Scott, enough!

Tyler my sales rep was excellent. The reason I’m rating the experience so low is because I wasn’t told the additional ordered parts weren’t going to be ready when the vehicle arrived. Also, for some reason, the stock floor mats were missing as well. I also discovered I was charged for tint and door edge film guard that was not installed. I’ve asked my sales rep to speak to the sales manager to help resolve the issue.

The good- The gal who helped me was very nice, very helpful. Didn't take much time either for the work to be completed. The bad- I tried to set up the service appointment through my app. It told me to schedule out 2 months. The app told me someone was to call me back to set up that appointment, I'm still waiting lol. I finally did it online instead. Once I got there and I found the correct lane for lube service it was smooth. There were numerous cars facing the wrong way in the lube lane entrance and I ended up passing it twice.

I called last week to make an appointment for a lube service… I normally schedule an appointment on line, but your online system was not working… when I called , I was given a 4/17 appointment at 8:30am with Chloe… when I arrived on 4/17 at 8:20am, I was told I have no appointment in the system and that I was the 4th one Thant day that had shown up with no appointment in the… Chloe told me that you could still do my oil change service and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours.. since I had already driven through morning rush hour traffic for 50 minutes, I decided to have the service done and wait… the wait time for the ServiceCheck was over 2 hours! Unexcusable! I use the GMC service because I have the ALLY prepaid maintenance plan,,,, I have one more prepaid visit left… after that Henry Brown luvpbe service will never see me again!

I had a 1 pm appointment for an "Express Lube" oil change. The service advisor told me it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Ok. I went for a walk and to check out new GM vehicles. After 1 hour and 25 minutes I walked back to Express lube. On the way I coincidentally saw a worker walking to my car. I asked if the car was finished. He told me no they were just going to start it. I was not happy. Why did I have an Express appointment? Secondly, when I called to set up the appointment a week earlier the guy that answered was terrible. I had a very hard time hearing him and said so. He never increased the volume or got closer to the phone. Then he had trouble making the appointment saying you had a new system and it wasn't working right. He said he would call me back. Several hours later I had to call him. Could barely hear him again. He was giving me a Wednesday appointment. I requested a Tuesday appointment. He said ok. Tuesday at 1:30. Great. The next week I get a call from your dealership reminding me of my Wednesday appointment. Not Tuesday! What the heck is wrong there. The young lady then transferred me to the same guy I still could not hear well (I kept telling him that) and gave up trying change the appointment so went when I was told. After all that it still took just over 2.5 hours to get done there. I highly doubt I will drive 25-30 minutes to your dealership again for service. By the way. I was quoted a price of $80 for the oil change. I was charged $84.95. I was too frustrated to argue. Goodbye Henry Brown service.

This is likely the worst service experience I ever had. My truck was there for two weeks before they even looked at it. I called three times for status or timing without a return call. Only after I made it through to service tech did they work on on day 16. You need service scheduling software. No communication. I will not be back. Nor will I buy another vehicle from your dealership. I only found out that it was being worked on when I tried to pick it up to take it to another deslership to be repaired.

Brought my truck in for relatively minor service. It was there 2 1/2 months. having a loner was greatly appreciated but, I could not get anyone to return calls and i mean, i didn't bug them. I just wanted some idea of expectation. CRICKETS...The only bright spot was Mike in loaner dept. He communicated better than the service dept. My suggestion is to be way more transparent. I have had trouble with my GPS ever since I bought the car. It is a 2023 Buick encore. I was at the dealership every month trying to get it fixed. They told me it was my phone, I got a new phone and it seemed to work fine for about 4 months. Then I went outside one morning to get into my car and the GPS was not connected to my phone. I brought it into the dealership. They did some updating. One nice gentleman tried getting My phone hooked up to the Bluetooth. He managed to do that and said that it was my phone's problem. He said it did not have an Android app. It worked for 4 months perfectly. I am very aggravated at this whole situation. The gentleman told me I should go back to where I bought my phone and have the Android app put on my phone. I don't get it, it has worked for the last 4 months perfectly. Do you have any answers for me?

I read the multi-point inspection when I got home. All of the tires are shown as "caution". I was not told directly that there is an issue with the tires. Should I have been informed if there was a serious concern with the tires? At what point would I be told that the tires have reached their end of life. I see not reason why I should have to pay for "shop supplies". It seems that the cost of the oil change should include any shop supplies, as it is never told to the customer before the service was performed.

There was a lot of chaos there during the process. Maybe it was the tenure of my salesman being anxious. Once purchased I had a few kickups. The theft tracker IKON added to the vehicle (and not negotiable in the sale) would not work. Come to find out the truck had two separate devices installed on the truck. Neither was reading for the app. I'm still not pleased with it and if negotiable at the sale I would have said no and gone with something else. I'm still waiting on the corrected contract for the device. The truck also did not come with a full tank of gas. I'd figure as a courtesy that'd be a no brainier.

Brought my truck in for camera failures and radio volume issues plus oil change and tire rotation. After 3 weeks, I was notified by Scott that my truck was complete and ready for pick up. Drove down from Peoria(50 minutes one way) to pick up my truck the next morning.and got in, went to back up and my cameras had the same issues, my oil life was not reset and my tuck was filthy. No sign that any work had been completed on my truck. Alerted the staff and the manager came over and looked as confused as me. I don’t think they even touched my truck in the 3 weeks it was sitting out in the elements. The manager told me that he would look into it and give me a call, he apologized and put me back in a loner truck. I am very confused as to why quality checks were not performed before reaching out to me for pick up and how you can run a service business based on hope. Hoping that everyone does their job correctly is not a good business model.

Had to put work on hold until I had my truck. Took 2 weeks to get it back. The loaner I had was sold while I had it and had to bring it back early and swap loaner vehicles. I was told putting a new battery in my car would take about 2 hours. And that they would call if anything else needed done. After 4 hours and no call I call them. No one in service department was able to answer phone. Finally after 6 hours I called again. Service department said " oh yah your car is ready with a new battery". There is always a communication problem qbetween the service office and other features of your business. Your mechanic service is way too expensive for this to happen so inefficiently. I’m generally pleased with the service overall. However, the technician programmed my second key fob as the third key, and my vehicle’s infotainment software doesn’t allow certain apps to be programmed to a key fob labeled as number three (I only have two key fobs total, not three). When attempting to program some modules to the new fob, I received an error message stating that they can only be programmed to key fobs 1 and 2. After looking up how to reprogram the new key fob labeled as number 3 to number 2, I found that this can only be done by the dealership. As a result, I’ll need to return to have the key fob reprogrammed correctly which is time consuming and annoying.

Unfortunately, my appointment on Tuesday, November 10, 2025, for the Auto Butler Protection service on my Black 2020 Buick Encore was not satisfactory. I always have my vehicle washed when I take it in for this service. Kyle Kinderknecht was the service advisor assigned to provide the service. He was not there, so another person polished my vehicle that day. A young lady was assigned. She didn't speak and was not very friendly. When I asked her if she wanted me to leave the keys in the car or give them to her, she muttered a response. I took the keys inside and checked in for service. I was told it would take one hour, which I was fine with. After the polish job on my vehicle was done, I left, but had to return to inform them of several scratches I'd noticed that were not there before the polish job. I had gotten a car wash. My vehicle didn't even have these types of scratches before the polish job. I don't understand how you don't know your equipment is scratching up someone's vehicle.

Dealer gave me an OTD with a manufacturer rebate I didn’t qualify for so I drove a hour under the impression the vehicles price was 2245 dollars less. As well as the MSRP was 71 and my otd was 71. Liberty offered me 70 OTD for a 72 MSRP AT4. I got the vehicle and the detailer didnt do a proper job. You can tell he wanted to go home since it was close to closing. Before I left the lot the vehicle had issues with the forward and reverse guidance lines not working on the infotainment screen.

I purchased the truck that I liked, and part of the reason was the truck had a DEALER installed aftermarket lift/ suspension on it. Looks very nice. However, what was listed on the lift that was installed was NOT what they installed. Ive found out AFTER the purchase it was NOT a $ 2499 Fox lift kit. It was a Zone 3.5" lift kit that costs $799 I feel like they intentionally fluffed that cost and was not truthful on what the truck actually had. :( So, not feeling real good about it now...do they owe me something back ? Yes, I feel they do !
