We come to HB Service Center because of Heidi.

Every person I encountered at Henry Brown was kind and polite, making sure I was being taken care of. The warranty repairs were made quickly and I’m back in the road. Excuse it was anticipated that they would take until the end of the day a Lyft was provided to take me home and again to pick me up. I could have expected a better experience. I’ve used many dealerships over the years and this was at the top of my list. Great job, and I’ll be back.

You guys did a great job on what you fixed but when I left the dealership and was driving home, the air conditioner smells. I got a hold of les who I checked in with. And he said there’s nothing you guys could have done to make it smell, but it didn’t smell when I dropped it off ??so disappointed that he did not say bring it right over and we will check it out. He said to make another appointment. ??

Took a little over an hour for oil change and tire rotation + vehicle inspection. Much better than last visit. Still not quite competitive - timewise - with quick lube places. If I factor in the full service car wash and a loyalty program that gives a free oil change after 5 visits then it's definitely worthwhile and competitive.

Ben and Mike were fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable and prompt. They returned calls quickly EVERY time! Joe was wonderful in providing and discussing Extended Warranties. But Hunter was by far my husband’s favorite ! Hunter was able to get and install a couple of extra items on the truck before we pickup it up. Definitely recommend Henry Brown GMC!

He asked questions, let me explore some vehicles that were aligned with my interests, then handed me the keys to take it for a test drive with only my name and phone number. He trusted me, and that built my trust in him. We talked numbers and drove away in a new GMC Canyon Elevation, confident in our purchase decision.

Truck was there since April, release June 18th. Mirror trim warranty was denied. Unacceptable as I reported it during CoVid (under warranty), no stock. And know you want to charge me for it. SD card fail, had to buy a new NAV database that I didn’t want. Very bad experience

Great service!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation - the Service Writer was pleasant and kept me informed of the progress. The Service Tech oil, changed engine and cabin filters also found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it.

Heidi Burns my service advisor was stellar in getting my 2018 Buick Regal into service and getting it all done while I waited. She is to be commended on her outstanding performance as my service advisor.

Overall not bad. However just found out your service facility is limited. They can only do oil changes, rotate tires and check overall engines. Nothing else which that was never communicated to me. Serval things I wanted done I was told to go elsewhere. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Service manager was nice and helped, but when I picked up the truck it had oil smeared on the drivers side fender and the inner fender well was pushed, now my tire has rubbed through the fender well.

Suzie was great! Professional and courteous. The service not so much. Dropped it off for service. At other GMc dealers I also get all the fluids topped off and when getting a tire rotation the tires are inflated to proper lbs. not at Henry Brown.

Butch contacted me immediately and walked me through the process. He kept me informed as the vehicle was being built, shipped, and prepared. Once it was ready, he walked us through all of the features and controls. It was a seamless and pleasant experience.

I came in for a routine oil change. I wasn't notified until after I waiting just short of 3 hours that 2 of the 3 mechanics slept in and caused the long delay in servicing my vehicle. If I would have known this prior to handing over my keys to have my vehicle worked on, I probably would have rescheduled service.

This is likely the worst service experience I ever had. My truck was there for two weeks before they even looked at it. I called three times for status or timing without a return call. Only after I made it through to service tech did they work on on day 16. You need service scheduling software. No communication. I will not be back. Nor will I buy another vehicle from your dealership. I only found out that it was being worked on when I tried to pick it up to take it to another deslership to be repaired.

Brought my truck in for relatively minor service. It was there 2 1/2 months. having a loner was greatly appreciated but, I could not get anyone to return calls and i mean, i didn't bug them. I just wanted some idea of expectation. CRICKETS...The only bright spot was Mike in loaner dept. He communicated better than the service dept. My suggestion is to be way more transparent. Tell customers were swamped and its going to be a long time whatever!

I have had trouble with my GPS ever since I bought the car. It is a 2023 Buick encore. I was at the dealership every month trying to get it fixed. They told me it was my phone, I got a new phone and it seemed to work fine for about 4 months. Then I went outside one morning to get into my car and the GPS was not connected to my phone. I brought it into the dealership. They did some updating. One nice gentleman tried getting My phone hooked up to the Bluetooth. He managed to do that and said that it was my phone's problem. He said it did not have an Android app. It worked for 4 months perfectly. I am very aggravated at this whole situation. The gentleman told me I should go back to where I bought my phone and have the Android app put on my phone. I don't get it, it has worked for the last 4 months perfectly. Do you have any answers for me?

Took over 2 hrs and my wheel lock never got put back in my car so. Is I have to go back and get it from them.

The people were great to deal with. They were very up front with what I could expect. They pushed the repairs to my truck through and I got my truck back almost a week sooner than expected. I certainly will be back.

Brand new truck, I drove put 1000 miles on it and had issues with the exhaust, part came it quick (within 3 days), but it took 3 weeks to get truck back.

I read the multi-point inspection when I got home. All of the tires are shown as "caution". I was not told directly that there is an issue with the tires. Should I have been informed if there was a serious concern with the tires? At what point would I be told that the tires have reached their end of life. I see not reason why I should have to pay for "shop supplies". It seems that the cost of the oil change should include any shop supplies, as it is never told to the customer before the service was performed.

There was a lot of chaos there during the process. Maybe it was the tenure of my salesman being anxious. Once purchased I had a few kickups. The theft tracker IKON added to the vehicle (and not negotiable in the sale) would not work. Come to find out the truck had two separate devices installed on the truck. Neither was reading for the app. I'm still not pleased with it and if negotiable at the sale I would have said no and gone with something else. I'm still waiting on the corrected contract for the device. The truck also did not come with a full tank of gas. I'd figure as a courtesy that'd be a no brainier.

Brought my truck in for camera failures and radio volume issues plus oil change and tire rotation. After 3 weeks, I was notified by Scott that my truck was complete and ready for pick up. Drove down from Peoria(50 minutes one way) to pick up my truck the next morning.and got in, went to back up and my cameras had the same issues, my oil life was not reset and my tuck was filthy. No sign that any work had been completed on my truck. Alerted the staff and the manager came over and looked as confused as me. I don’t think they even touched my truck in the 3 weeks it was sitting out in the elements. The manager told me that he would look into it and give me a call, he apologized and put me back in a loner truck. I am very confused as to why quality checks were not performed before reaching out to me for pick up and how you can run a service business based on hope. Hoping that everyone does their job correctly is not a good business model.

My experience was great as always. One note was that I made an appointment and had the email receipt, but neither the quick line or service shop had me in the system. Chloe was kind enough to fit me in for the slot I had and did a great job in accommodating me.

Just bought a new 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The sales and finance teams were awesome to work with and I feel like I got a great deal on not only my new truck but my trade in, which was a 2016 with 170,000 miles on it. Once I made the decision on the truck, it was a quick a painless process to get the paperwork completed, set up with the new tech on the new truck, and out the door. I would definitely go back for my next truck.

Service experience was fantastic. Extremely dissatisfied with my 2500 Denali HD having 2 failures in the same window. Fewer than 26 thousand miles and the windows just fall down by themselves? How exactly is that Professional Grade? Love the folks at the service department, but very unhappy with my Sierra.

They lost my key fob. I also found out my leveling was out sourced and not properly tightened. The good is that they recovered by giving me a new fob. Also they fix the leveling kit at no charge. Just wish they hadn't taken so many days.

Scott Usher does a helluva job taking care of our 2011 Buick Enclave to ensure it's up to date and maintained correctly! Your new technician (Joseph Sylvia) didn't follow the steps with a simple oil change. He forgot to reset the engine readings and didn't put the marker inside the window indicating when the next oil change should take place. I'm sure Scott had a few words with Joseph to make sure he does the job correctly and complete from this point on!!!!!

Waited 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation

I’m always pleased with my service writer Raul, he’s always been great to work with.

Set up an appointment and dropped off my truck. Truck sat for about a week before they even looked at it. I could have been using my truck rather than it sitting. Had to put work on hold until I had my truck. Took 2 weeks to get it back. The loaner I had was sold while I had it and had to bring it back early and swap loaner vehicles. Super inconvenient as I had to come down in the middle of a work day to do the exchange.

Mike Meade is the best! Another service advisor Wes said that it would take a month to get my truck fixed. Came back the next day and Mike Meade got my truck fixed in 3 hours. That dude Rocks! I was sad to hear that Mike is dying of cancer!

On May 1, 2025 I had service done, with a bill of $175.17. I wrote a letter of complaint to which you replied that I would have credit for my next service in September. When I asked Raul he said to check with the cashier; when I asked the cashier she said to check with Raul! I couldn't find any document in my phone while standing there but expected a credit of $75.62 as to your response to my May 1 email. My bill was $93.27 yesterday

The oil reminder was not reset and we had to go back to get it done. At first the service dept was reluctant to do it stating I would need another appointment and made the comment to just look at the sticker instead. I showed up anyway and they reset it but I should not have had to come back in the first place.

Trying to pick up my truck. I think the service attendants are on drugs. After 30 min. Another guy came out as I was irritated, asked, then said oh, he had the numbers backwards. Hehe. No. He was drunk or high! Not cool at all. I will not buy another vehicle from this place..

Service was backed up even at 830. Service advisor paid bill for me. Not necessary but it earned my business forever

I made an appt thru the website, but it was not reflected at the office. I had to show my email appt to the people there. You need to fix this. There is always a communication problem qbetween the service office and other features of your business. Your mechanic service is way too expensive for this to happen so inefficiently. This is not a reflection on the staff at the service office. They were fine.

Hedi Burns was able to get my truck in for service with a day's notice and had the repairs completed by 10 AM. With was a huge help because I was leaving town the next day.

Woke up to dead batteries in my truck, reached out to the dealership and they were able to get me in and get them replaced. Was glad they were able to get me taken care of as it was a Saturday and I couldn’t go without my truck

I was told putting a new battery in my car would take about 2 hours. And that they would call if anything else needed done. After 4 hours and no call I call them. No one in service department was able to answer phone. Finally after 6 hours I called again. Service department said " oh yah your car is ready with a new battery". I do very much appreciate the Lift Ride to and from.

My experience was a good one, Scott came and greeted me and then took my vehicle to be serviced. One hour later, he came by and told me that my vehicle was ready. The oil change went without any problems.

When I delivered the car to the service department, I asked the attendant to relay a message to Michael Windmueller (advisor) about an issue that I have with the rear cabin power output port not working. When the work was complete, there was no mention of that issue and all 4 tires were inflated low to 31psi instead of 35psi.

I scheduled an appointment 30 days out (soonest). I was notified one week early to drop off my Hummer EV so it could sit on the lot until the only technician could see it. I was not offered nor available a loaner vehicle. I love the vehicle but having second thoughts because of how horrible service is for electric vehicles.

I had Paint Butler done, and while waiting i asked to speak with management. Nick met with me, and I explained my problem with charges incurred May 1, which had never been resolved. Response to a letter I sent, said that I would have credit for a future visit, yet that did not occur on my service last month. I was really upset! Raul and Tom got involved, and yesterday I was refunded for the previous problem

I’m generally pleased with the service overall. However, the technician programmed my second key fob as the third key, and my vehicle’s infotainment software doesn’t allow certain apps to be programmed to a key fob labeled as number three (I only have two key fobs total, not three). When attempting to program some modules to the new fob, I received an error message stating that they can only be programmed to key fobs 1 and 2. After looking up how to reprogram the new key fob labeled as number 3 to number 2, I found that this can only be done by the dealership. As a result, I’ll need to return to have the key fob reprogrammed correctly which is time consuming and annoying.

Also the last two times I got this done their was over spray on my window leaving dots all over it. Maybe the last thing they can do is clean the window.
