I had to take my truck back to service for the second time because the original issue came back , the brakes Compton make noise , I picked my truck up and was told that some brake noise is normal , when n fact I know is not the case with people I know that have the same exact truck with zero brake noise, pretty disappointed on the customer service side and the lack of understanding, I was told by my service advisor that brake noise is normal and to take it up with GM, not impressed and especially for the amount of money I paid my truck

Since buying my 2017 Sierra at Henry Brown I've always felt like a valued customer. The truck has has always been serviced by the dealer with the expectation that will let me know in advance if something is happen unexpectedly. During my recent visit Blane Richey was my service advisor and I went in for a Battery issue that was covered by warranty and I asked them to check on a couple of things and he did the necessary follow-up, communications, cost and feedback were timely and spot on. I'll definitely buy my next Truck from Henry Brown and have recommended others to do teh same.

Just in for a recall on my vehicle, but the write up person, Suszi was very polite, told me everything that was going to happen to my car, the tech must have been good at what he does, because. my car was done about a half hour then scheduled time I was told, Very efficient!

I purchased the extended warranty on my truck. Later, I installed a 5 inch lift kit on my truck and 2 years later my transmission goes out. I take my truck to the dealer to get my transmission replaced under the extended warranty. After leaving my truck their, they finally called me to tell me that they voided the warranty because my truck was modified. I wish the salesman their tell you everything upfront and tell you fine print about modifying your vehicles before purchasing that extended warranty. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new transmission! So much for that $2,000 extended warranty for nothing!
