Slow service, took 2 hrs to do oil change and rotate tires….this is the first time this has happened.

Mike Meade is an excellent service advisor. My '23 GMC Canyon was in for its first oil change and service and everything seems to be just fine. Mike addressed a couple of warranty issues that I was concerned about and he will call me when the parts come in that needed to be ordered.

Disappointed with lack of weekend response. I called Friday at 5PM; left message; called again on Saturday; left message. Finally called Monday to say I was towing the car in. Once at the dealer the service was fine. You need to hire a weekend person.

Friendly and efficient. I told them to let me know if anything else needed work and they said everything was good. So they didn’t try to sell me anything that was not necessary. I look at that as honesty. I trust the Henry Brown service department to do only what is necessary.

The initial visit was not good. Trying to get my car in took 30 minutes because I did not have an appointment. I already knew that it was going to take some time for my car work. The employee who I gave my information did not pass everyhting on to Scott so he was unaware of what I needed done to the car. When Scott did contact me and talked with me he soon realized I had asked for more than just an oil change and lube. He was able to complete all the work I needed and kept me informed. Thank you Scott.
