The initial visit was not good. Trying to get my car in took 30 minutes because I did not have an appointment. I already knew that it was going to take some time for my car work. The employee who I gave my information did not pass everyhting on to Scott so he was unaware of what I needed done to the car. When Scott did contact me and talked with me he soon realized I had asked for more than just an oil change and lube. He was able to complete all the work I needed and kept me informed. Thank you Scott.
