I had an appointment at 8:40. When I arrived, I was told that it would take an hour and a half to two hours. I asked why it would take that long if I had an appointment? I was told that they were overbooked. After 90 minutes my car was still sitting there and had not been taken back. I told Jackson that I was about to lose it and he was kind enough to talk to a manager. Long story short I didn’t leave the dealership until after 11am. That is absolutely ridiculous when had an appointment scheduled for 840. I will say, that Jackson was extremely professional, and kind. He was the only good part of the entire experience.
