Scheduling service at Henry Brown is ALWAYS an awful experience. It takes weeks just to get a vehicle in for diagnosis, and then if service is required it can be MONTHS before a vehicle is repaired/fixed. The service work itself is good, but the lead times are awful and make the whole experience a headache. Most times I end up taking my GM vehicles to other dealerships where it is usually a matter of DAYS, not MONTHS to get a vehicle worked on.

They, the mechanics had found an oil leak and forgot to tell the advisor about it. I found out by asking IF they noticed any oil leaks. The advisor had to go back and ask the mechanic, the mechanic said he did notice an oil leak, BUT, couldn't locate where it was coming from. That's how I found out. So now I have to take my vehicle back for them to find and fix the oil leak. Hopefully I'll get a break on the labor charge for this " GO BACK"

Jeff Stone, the financial guy, was so personal and kind, we felt like "family"! As far as we are concerned, these two gentlemen made the sales experience like no other we have experienced!!
