Scheduling service at Henry Brown is ALWAYS an awful experience. It takes weeks just to get a vehicle in for diagnosis, and then if service is required it can be MONTHS before a vehicle is repaired/fixed. The service work itself is good, but the lead times are awful and make the whole experience a headache. Most times I end up taking my GM vehicles to other dealerships where it is usually a matter of DAYS, not MONTHS to get a vehicle worked on.
