Your dealership has been great about honoring my extended warranty on my Buick. The problem is the Buick and how many times I have had to bring it in for repair. I am not impressed with owning a Buick. I plan to contact the Buick company about the frequent issues. When I bought a Buick I thought I was getting one of the best cars out there…… I have found out different for sure.

Your intake personel are very polite and professional when dealing with my vehicle issues. Once the mechanic found the actual problem my Advisor Richey called me and explained the issue, the cost and when it would would be ready for pick up. Richey noticed that I had purchased an Extended Warranty when I bought the truck. I had forgotten that I did this. His action saved me a lot of money. As a result I will continue to use Brown&Brown GMC for service

The manager of this service center is completely incompetent and should not represent your company. Unless you have a service engine light on they will not go out of their way to diagnose your issue. They will waste your time making you come to the dealership to drive around and argue .

When my truck was done who ever didn’t take the plastic and paper, then I always check my tires air pressure my front right tire was low did think much make a long story short I got a flat and I couldn’t get a socket on the lug nuts so I called tire service, he told me that whoever rotated my tire’s used the wrong socket, so now it almost impossible to get a socket on the lug nut, very disappointed in the quality of service this is the second incident in less than 3 months
