I have been dealing with the Henry Brown family for many years, (over 30), and many different vehicles types. The dealership has grown so the personal experiences have become more rare they are always too busy. That really takes away from the great experiences we have enjoyed in the past. I know I’ve been spoiled in the past by Henry’s family who always take care of final dealings. I’ve always had the pleasure of dealing directly with the family NO salespeople. In the end Blake Brown took care of us for the purchase of my wife’s Acadia. As far as satisfaction goes the Acadia has some un resolved issues at service because of the unavailability of replacement parts and GM says they have NO idea when those parts will ever be available leaving me (a very picky man) very unsettled. We have ordered a replacement Acadia at my displeasure. We are going to TRY one more time, hopefully the next vehicle will fill the unsettling gut feelings that continue to bug the ever loving stuffings out of me. I am a long time GM owner at 80 years young. I’ve had some issues with a couple of my cars, (mostly) trucks, but they have always been resolved. However I am now waiting for GM to resolve this issue, which is NOT just a small issue to see if they can make possible my decision to stick with GM or move on to another manufacturer and dealership. You guys are great all a way around, but Raul Bejarano is the epitome of a practical and human assistant to us technically competent, empathetic, are quick to adapt to changing circumstances, adaptable and a pleasure to work with. It gives us confidence and security that everything will be fine, we love his personality, you have an invaluable person

From first call to service dept, to final pickup of my auto, the experience was golden. Communication from Suzzi was excellent throughout ,so I was kept always "in the loop". Great job with my auto - Great experience for me.

I made an appointment for an oil change and was waited with my 7 y/o son for it to be done. They worked very quickly and efficiently to ensure we didn't have to wait an excessive amount of time. I appreciate their knowledge and suggestions for additional service. The waiting area was well furnished and had plenty of comfortable space. Thank you!

I’ve been a long time customer of over 10 years and while the service I get from Heidi is still outstanding, your service area is in dire need of resources. Seems as though the shop can’t keep up with demand. Took 3 weeks to get my car fixed. Please get your team some help!
