You were able to change the oil and air filter quickly. However, I have a sensor going off and you said you needed to keep it for three weeks. Three weeks!!! This is the same problem that I brought into you last spring for…park assist needs service…and you had it for three weeks then. To make an appointment and then you keep it that long is ridiculous.

I’ve had 2 experiences. The first was early March. I showed up for my appointment at 3pm only to find out the oil change would take 2-2.5 hrs. I couldn’t stay that long and had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. The 2nd appt went much smoother and I only waited about an hour.

Ricky was supposed to get back to me three or four times never heard back from him. I talked to Phil all the time Phil was the most informative person that I talked to at your dealership a gentleman worth keeping just kind of depressed that nobody has got back to me, because there is a couple of cosmetic issues with the vehicle that I was told you were going to take care of and Ricky was going to get back up hold of me the next day after I bought the vehicle because he was going on vacation and I never heard back from him so disappointing I guess I have to set up some myself. Hopefully you guys are going to take care of it.

Mr. Silva was able to promptly arrange for us to drop our vehicle off to be serviced the next morning; in addition, the Lyft ride home was very easy and was also done rather speedily. Overall, it was a very smooth service experience.
