Raul has always been an outstanding service rep. for me: very much appreciated. The service department is good. I wish I could say the same thing about owning a Buick. It has been in the service department for repairs many times. When I bought a Buick I thought I was getting a top notch dependable vehicle . That has not been the case. I plan to let the head Buick representatives know of all of the issues I have had with this car. I can not afford to purchase another vehicle. I counted on this one lasting. So disappointing.

seemed like they were a bit disorganized. I made an appt but they must not honor that. plus we got the run-around cuz no one sent us to the right department. it took 6 hours to get the job done because they were so busy. other than that they did a great job.

I realize that communication from the folks answering the phones probably are not able to answer for the weekday employees. There was some confusion when I called in on Saturday to the same department on the weekdays. But the weekday made accommodations for taking care of our needing to change the spare tire and replace it with a new tire brought in that Monday morning! For that, we are very appreciative for taking care of us! We will see you when our first oil change comes due. Sincerely, Steve & Barb Ruff
