I made an appointment for an oil change that has to be made several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the dealership, I was directed to the "quick lube" area. There was nothing quick about my experience. I waited for 2 hours for my oil change. I would expect to wait a bit if I didn't have an appointment. My truck sat in a parking area for over an hour before it was even brought into the garage to start the oil change. If you weren't going to start the work until an hour after I arrived, then make my appointment later and don't waste my time making me sit in the waiting room. I've had ALL service ever completed done at this dealership. If I have to wait this long for an oil change again, I'll find a new place to service my vehicle.

Salesman did there best to accommodate what we were looking for in a deal for the purchased in a new truck. Purchased wasn't the best offer we received. But was very close and they were very professional. Would have given 5 stars but when we received the truck. The final detail was not very good. Still had dirt streaks down the sides and tailgate.

It was horrible 😢. It took 5 weeks to get an appointment and I took it in and they gave me a rental car and I was on my way. 3 days later I called to see if it was done and they laughed at me and said didn't they tell you when you made the appointment that it would take 4 to 6 weeks and I said no . Or why would I be calling to see if it was done . She told me they only have 3 desiel techs and that's how long it takes. I'm sorry but the truck was there for a service and some electrical issues. It didn't even need a diesel tech. So I told them just do the service and I will just deal with the other issues.
