I did not have to wait when I arrived. I was taken immediately Everyone was very friendly and professional. My vehicle was checked for the 5,000 mile checkup and a couple additional things need to be fixed. I did not take very long.

I have been dealing with the Henry Brown family for many years, (over 30), and many different vehicles types. The dealership has grown so the personal experiences have become more rare they are always too busy. That really takes away from the great experiences we have enjoyed in the past. I know I’ve been spoiled in the past by Henry’s family who always take care of final dealings. I’ve always had the pleasure of dealing directly with the family NO salespeople. In the end Blake Brown took care of us for the purchase of my wife’s Acadia. As far as satisfaction goes the Acadia has some un resolved issues at service because of the unavailability of replacement parts and GM says they have NO idea when those parts will ever be available leaving me (a very picky man) very unsettled. We have ordered a replacement Acadia at my displeasure. We are going to TRY one more time, hopefully the next vehicle will fill the unsettling gut feelings that continue to bug the ever loving stuffings out of me. I am a long time GM owner at 80 years young. I’ve had some issues with a couple of my cars, (mostly) trucks, but they have always been resolved. However I am now waiting for GM to resolve this issue, which is NOT just a small issue to see if they can make possible my decision to stick with GM or move on to another manufacturer and dealership.
